Papua New Guinea (PNG) is a country defined by its rich natural resources and rugged landscapes. From dense mountain ranges to coastal plains, quarrying and mining continue to play an important role in the region’s economic development.

However, with such geographic diversity comes operational complexity. Access to remote locations, inconsistent infrastructure, and variable material types present daily challenges for heavy equipment operators. It’s in this demanding environment that the Powerscreen Warrior 2400 proves its value, offering unmatched power, reliability, and flexibility for large-scale screening and scalping needs.

Specially designed for high-capacity applications, the Warrior 2400 brings productivity and adaptability to the forefront. It’s built to handle larger feed sizes and higher throughputs, making it ideal for PNG’s varied material demands, handling everything from aggregates, iron ore, and topsoil to coal, construction and demolition waste, mine waste, wet and sticky materials, as well as riprap rock commonly used in port construction and drainage infrastructure.

At the core of the scalping screen is a heavy-duty triple shaft screenbox, featuring high-amplitude motion and adjustable frequency, timing, and elliptical stroke up to 15mm. This allows operators to fine-tune performance based on the specific characteristics of the material, ensuring efficient separation and stockpiling even in challenging terrain.

The Warrior 2400 is engineered for practical use in the field, with thoughtful design features that enhance both safety and efficiency. A slide-out tail conveyor simplifies media changes, while hydraulic folding conveyors and hopper sides make transport and setup more manageable. Load-sensing conveyor circuits help prevent blockages, improving uptime, and the robust incline belt feeder handles heavy-duty impact with ease.

The machine’s powerful CAT C7.1 engine drives up to 800 tonnes per hour of output, providing the consistent throughput. Operators also benefit from optional extras like radio-controlled tracking, dual power, dust suppression, steel apron feeder, heavy duty belt feeder, and two feeder options, all of which further support the dynamic needs of PNG worksites.

Yet the true value of the Warrior 2400 in PNG comes not just from its technical capability, but from the dedicated service and after-sales support provided by Lincom Group.

As a long-standing equipment partner in the region, Lincom provides ongoing support for each piece of equipment sold in PNG, with expert knowledge, responsive parts supply, and technical support to ensure maximum uptime.
